Mountain View Investments & Construction, Inc. was started in 2005 by Jay Gutowski. Jay is the president and CEO of the company and has been in the building industry for 40 years. He has built-in 25 of the western states. We were established 15 years ago, on the principles of honesty, dependability, and quality of work. Since then we have garnered and maintained a strong Utah presence. We are a licensed and insured contracting company that holds E100 (Engineering) & B100 (Building) licenses from the state of Utah.
